Prices shown will from 1.1.2014 attract a tourist tax of 1,40 € per person (aged 14 years and over) per day, payable in cash on departure.

• Final cleaning: no final cleaning charges will be applied if the apartment is returned clean and in good order at the end of your stay.
• A deposit equal to 25-30% of the total due is required to confirm a booking. The remaining amount is expected to be paid the day before departure.
• Arrivals/departures:
  On the day of arrival: the apartment will be available from 3.00 pm.
  On the day of departure: the apartment must be vacated by no later than 10.00 am
• Check-in:please go to the Hotel Pra Palmer Bed & Breakfast reception desk to collect your keys.
• Small pets: are accepted upon prior agreement, on the condition that they are quiet, clean, and that their owners keep an eye on them
• Smoking: all the apartments are non-smoking areas.

Cancellation conditions
In case of cancellation, we apply the following conditions:
up to 60 days before arrival the deposit will be withheld as compensation
from 30 day before arrival 50%
from 30 days before up to arrival 80%
