Our apartment house Palmerhof is situated in an optimal and quiet position in Ortisei, just 4-5 minutes walk to the attractive and vehicle-free town centre, directly on ski slopes in winter and amidst green and peaceful nature in summer.

Within spitting distance: cable to Seiser Alm, swimming arena Mardolomit, ski school, children’s playground, shops and several restaurants.

Palmerhof is easy to reach, just follow the main road. Once you arrive in Ortisei and after passing through a short gallery, take the fourth bridge on your right over Rio Gardena. At the end of the bridge, take the small private road (Palmer - playground / beginner's ski slope on your right) straight ahead/right. After 70 m you will reach the 90m connecting tunnel (Attention: tunnel height max. 225cm) to the apartment house.

Autostrada del Brennero A22 motorway - take the Bolzano Nord exit if you are coming from the south, or Chiusa/Val Gardena exit if you are coming from the north
