Prices esclude the local tourist tax of 2,90 € per person (aged 14 years and over) per day.
- Final cleaning: no final cleaning charges will be applied if the apartment is returned clean at the end of your stay.
- A deposit of 30% of the total is required to confirm the booking. The residual amount can be paid the day before departure.
- Arrivals/departures:
On the day of arrival: the apartment will be available from 3.00 pm.
On the day of departure: the apartment is to your disposal until 9.30 am. - Small pets: are accepted if they are quiet, clean, and that their owners keep an eye on them
- Smoking: all the apartments and indoor areas are non-smoking areas.

Cancellation conditions
In case of cancellation, we apply the following conditions:
- up to 60 days before arrival the deposit will be withheld as compensation
- from 30 day before arrival 50%
- from 30 days before up to arrival 80%
